Psoriasis affects approximately 2% of the world population. Increasing incidence of the disease at present is owing to various triggering factors which include stress, drugs, active illness and improper diet habits. Several varieties of psoriasis disease are seen now including plaque, guttate, palmar/ plantar and pustular psoriasis.
